Boxing Day Hunt

I took Maggie out hunting today. We had a great time and she really enjoyed herself. She jumped everything I pointed her at without any hesitation and was still raring to go right till the end!

New pony purchase at Fayre Oaks

We are very excited to have bought Colne Nerina today at Fayre Oaks Sale at Builth Wells.

Nerina was born in 2003 and is by Nantdywyll Pwyll and out of Colne Nocturne by Weston Bestman. She is a lovely roan colour and moves beautifully.

She is in foal for 2010 by the fantastic stock getter - Nantdywyll Telor (Sire of Colne Turbo of the Heniarth Stud)

Southern Agricultural Show

We took Polaris Tamarisk & Cushag Tamee Braew to the Southern Agricultural Show today. We had a very successful and enjoyable day. Tammy was Reserve M&M Inhand Champion after being placed 2nd in the Small Breeds In hand class.

Tammy was very well behaved and loved taking part in the Grand parade and being able to show off her foal to the crowds!

Tammy has foaled today. A lovely Chestnut (will go grey) filly.

We have named her Cushag Tamee Braew (Rosie is to be her stable name - named after Rosie from the Boothsdale Stud where we bought Tammy from).

Rosie is by Nantdywyll Pererin (Nantdywyll Barcud ap Bargen x Betws Perl).
